Business Improvement District

The bench and trash recepticle project is a visable contribution that the Chatsworth BID has provided to the community. It is designed to produce coherence along the Devonshire/Topanga Corridor as well as follow the Chatsworth Specific Plan, as designated by the Chatsworth Neighborhood Council.

The effort has directly produced a cleaner community. Each of the trash receptacles are emptied on a weekly basis. The bench and receptacles are each maintained on a weekly basis, including review and removal of vandalized property.
